The Cursive collection was first developed by exploring the concept of art as an experience for the user. Further research led to contemplating the expressive scribbles and curves in art. Finally the texture of the bubble wrap that appeared in our school's studio space concluded my investigations.

 

This effervescent collection includes primarily silks: taffeta, crêpe, and chiffon in sea foam, pale off-white, and pops of bright green-blue. Circular appliqué was used emulate bubbles.

 

Cursive is for the lighthearted dreamer, the bubble wrap stomping child in all of us.
